Hi, You can check the battery level on the phone and app, the earbuds will also remind you of the battery level by voice. When the earbud battery is only 20% left, it will remind you by voice. If you want to see a more detailed battery percentage, you can download the oladance app on Google Play/App Store. The earbuds will remind you by musicalized reminder sound when the earbuds are low battery level if you have downloaded the newest firmware( 0.4.1.2 version).

You could wear our oladance earbuds while wearing a helmet. But if your helmet collides with the earbuds as the helmet have different styles, it may affect the wearing stability.

As for the situation you mentioned, if you are interested in our oladance earbuds and wanna try them, we think you could use the left earbud of oladance earbuds after pairing the earbuds with your phone Bluetooth for listening to music or podcast, making phone calls, and so on. But kindly note that we don't sell single earbud, as the earbuds can be used together only after it has been paired in the production process.

Generally speaking, in the initial state, the position of the sound effect slider button in the middle of the App is the default setting (located in 0). Kindly note that adjusting the EQ on some mobile phones may cause the audio to freeze when listening to music, but the settings will take effect. If this happens, you can exit our oladance App and listen to the music again. Below 200Hz is low frequency, 200Hz-2.5kHz is medium frequency, and above 2.5kHz is high frequency. You can play familiar music to adjust the EQ and feel the changes in different frequency bands.
Our oladance earbuds can be connected to standard Bluetooth devices. oladance earbuds could be connected to any electronic device with Bluetooth and an audio source with Bluetooth.

Hi, we do not recommend you wear our earbuds with hearing aids. Here are two reasons as follows.
- Due to the shape of different hearing aids, the hearing aids may have an effect on the stability of the earbuds. Wearing earbuds with hearing aids could make them prone to fall off.
- If the hearing aids are in-ear or other types, the hearing aids may make a harsh sound as they are covered by the earbuds.
Based on the above reasons, we don't recommend wearing earbuds with hearing aids.

The earbuds will turn off when you place them in the case and close the lid, and turn on after you open the case. If you did not place them in the case and close the lid, the earbuds will automatically turn off after 4 hours and need to be put in the case to turn on.
If you want to clean the OWS 2, you could use a fine dust-free cloth, dip a small amount of alcohol with a concentration of 75%, and then gently wipe the top cover in one direction (the alcohol should just wet the cloth, not soaking through). If there is only alcohol wet tissue, wring it out before use to avoid the liquid alcohol inflow into the earbuds and affecting the bonding firmness.

We would like to explain to you that oladance earbuds support AAC. If you are using the iPhone, the default mode is AAC after connecting with the earbuds. If you are using Android phones, you may need to enter the Developer Mode or Bluetooth setting in the phone settings and then specify the AAC code. Kindly note that although our earbuds support AAC, some Android phones cannot support AAC.
